No, our drivers are extensively trained in first aid and CPR. We are not equipped to handle medical emergencies other than calling emergency services. Our drivers are not medical personnel, they are trained to provide assistance during transport.
The driver will not wait unless there is a request for the wait. There is an additional fee. During the reservation process, we asked for an estimated pickup and/or return time. We will consider this as the anticipated pickup time, but we will not send a driver until you call us at 979-422-5171 to confirm that the passenger is ready for pickup.

How far in advance should I book my ride?
We recommend booking your ride at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests depending on our schedule.
What if my appointment runs late?
We understand that appointments can sometimes run over. We offer a 10-minute grace period for each trip. If we’re informed in advance, we’re happy to wait longer, though a wait time fee of $1.00 per minute may apply after the first 10 minutes, up to a maximum of 30 minutes.
Can I request a ride for someone else?
Yes! You can book a ride for a family member or loved one. Just provide us with their details, and we’ll take care of the rest. Make sure we have any special requirements, such as mobility aids or caregiver assistance.
Do you offer transportation for out-of-town appointments?
Yes, we offer long-distance transportation for medical appointments. If you need to travel out of town for care, please contact us for pricing and availability.
